Nominated three times at the South African Music Awards, singer and TV presenter HLE has released a powerful visual and single for the timeless song, Liyinqaba alongside celebrated singer Hlengiwe Mhlaba.
Not only does the song bring forward a collaboration between the two gospel singers, it also perfectly bridges contemporary and traditional gospel for one of the greatest worship songs that praises the greatness of His name. This is the latest offering from the highly favoured singer and songwriter, who is also gearing up for the SAMAs this week.
Speaking on the new release of the single and visual, Hle had this to say – “I grew up with this version of the hymn at my home church. I’ve always wanted to hear it outside of my memory. So having Hlengiwe Mhlaba agree to make this song the reminder of the base of our Faith life was incredible!!
