The T Effect & Tunecore Present An Empowering New Series Of Masterclasses

Recognised for having years of experience in soundful management of Multi Award-Winning musicians from different genres in the South African music industry, The T Effect is proud to announce that it will be sharing vital intelligence on how to successfully navigate the music industry.

The series of masterclasses will be hosted in partnership with leading do it yourself online distribution platform TuneCore and will see those who wish to effectively navigate the music industry as independent artist and independent music label, gain insight from a panel of speakers consisting of experienced industry peers.

Going back to the basics in a schooling theme, the series titled Music Business 101 will see the first session dive into the important topic of Online Distribution. Set to be held live at the newly opened lifestyle venue, Konka in Soweto on 18 June 2021, the session will drop gems from heavyweights in the industry.

In weeks to come throughout the year, the series of masterclasses will further cover a variety of topics that will equip upcoming artists, independent musicians and music labels with skill, smarts and savvy for navigating the challenging music industry.

Co-CEOs Tshiamo Letshwene and Nhlanhla “Nivo” Ndimande jointly stated this on the exciting announcement by the agency, “It’s exciting to see our industry in a state of growth with a variety of emerging talent and brilliant artistry; but at the same time, we are seeing live debates online around the business of music and how much knowledge artists and labels lack in the game. This posed as a catalyst to our newly found information exchange property of music masterclasses with TuneCore.”
