INGREDIENTS:

• 25ml Auchentoshan American Oak
• 30ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
• 60ml Lager Beer
• 15ml Sugar Syrup

METHOD:

Build in a rocks glass, fill with ice and stir. Garnish with Grapefruit twist and thyme spring.
