Must Watch Movies in March

The year of the finest ENTERTAINMENT all around the world. This year promises to give us only the best in film & music. Starting the year off was the long awaited Bad Boys For Life with Will Smith & Martin Lawrence. Robert Downey Jr. gave us an amazing performance in the remake of Dolittle alongside Harry Collet (plays Stubbings – Dolittle’s right hand). But…it doesn’t stop there.

This March, we can expect to see Jim Carrey, Vin Diesel, Matthew McConaughey and a whole lot more of our favourite actors on the big screen. Theres so many movies, its really hard to keep up. So…heres the Top 5 MUST WATCH movies this March.

  1. THE GENTLEMEN

Release Date: 6 March 2020

The Gentlemen is a 2020 action comedy film which stars Matthew McConaughey, Charlie Hunnam, Henry Golding, Michelle Dockery, Jeremy Strong, Eddie Marsan, Colin Farrell and Hugh Grant. It follows an American marijuana kingpin in England who is looking to sell his business, setting off a chain of blackmail and schemes to undermine him.

Mickey Pearson is an American expatriate who became rich by building a highly profitable marijuana empire in London. When word gets out that he’s looking to cash out of the business, it soon triggers an array of plots and schemes — including bribery and blackmail — from shady characters who want to steal his domain.

  1. ONWARD

Release Date: 6 March 2020

Onward is a 2020 American computer-animated urban fantasy film and stars the voices of Tom Holland, Chris Pratt, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Octavia Spencer.

In a time equivalent to the modern day in the town of New Mushroomton live two teenage elves: Iandore “Ian” Lightfoot, lacking in self-confidence for want of a father figure, and Barley Lightfoot, Ian’s older brother and a passionate role-playing and historical fanatic who longs to go on a proper adventure.

Ian and Barley Lightfoot, go on an journey to discover if there is still a little magic left out there in order to spend one last day with their father, who died when they were too young to remember him.

  1. BLOODSHOT

Bloodshot is an American superhero film based on the Valiant Comics character of the same name. The film stars Vin Diesel, Eiza González, Sam Heughan, Toby Kebbell, and Guy Pearce. It follows a soldier who was killed-in-action, only to be brought back to life with superpowers by an organisation that wants to use him as a weapon.

After he and his wife are suddenly assassinated, Marine Ray Garrison (Vin Diesel) is reborn by a team of scientists. Enhanced with nanotechnology, he becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine – Bloodshot. As Ray first trains with fellow super-soldiers, he struggles to recall anything from his previous years. But when his memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed both him and his wife, he breaks out of the facility hellbent on revenge, only to discover that there’s more to the conspiracy than he originally felt.

  1. A QUIET PLACE PART II

Release Date: 20 March

A Quiet Place Part II is an American horror film and sequel to A Quiet Place (2018). It stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe, reprising their roles from the first film.
