The second annual SWEAT Workout Party brought to you by Planet Fitness and USN is shutting down the Nelson Mandela Square on 2 March 2019 by turning the space into a fitness showroom. The event encourages everyone – whether you are a beginner, fanatic or just have FOMO on a fun day, to challenge yourself and have a healthy morning out with your friends. Get your fitness trackers on because calories will definitely be burned. The newest addition is a combo of 50 hardcore body weight and equipment exercises all done in 50 seconds each that will leave you feeling 50 Shades Fitter.
